Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Matric/Std. X pass.
- ITI pass in the relevant trade from NCVT.
- Age Limit (as of 03/01/2025):
- Minimum: 18 years.
- Maximum: 25 years.
- Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD/EWS as per government norms.
- Other Conditions:
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training are not eligible.
Stipend
- As per Rule 11 of The Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.
Selection Process
- Merit-based selection considering percentage of marks obtained in ITI.
- Physical document verification at the time of joining.
Application Process
- Registration:
- Visit the NAPS portal: https://apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.
- Complete the registration and upload required documents.
- Required Documents:
- Matriculation certificate and mark sheet.
- Final ITI certificate and mark sheet.
- Caste certificate (if applicable).
- Medical certificate (for PwBD).
- Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account details.
- Relevant certificates for land displaced/project-affected persons.
- Application Deadline:
- Start Date: 3rd January 2025.
- End Date: 2nd February 2025.
Important Notes
- No TA/DA or accommodation will be provided.
- Apprenticeship does not guarantee employment at UCIL.
- Preference will be given to land-displaced/project-affected/local candidates.
