Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or Integrated Law Degree from a recognized institution approved by the Bar Council of India.
  2. Final-year students of the Five-Year Integrated Law Program or Three-Year LLB Program are eligible, provided they furnish proof of graduation before appointment.
  3. Candidates must possess research, analytical, and writing skills along with proficiency in computer operations, including the use of legal research tools like SCC Online, Manupatra, Westlaw, and others.

Age Limit

  • Minimum: 20 years
  • Maximum: 32 years (as of 7 February 2025).

Selection Process

The selection process includes three stages:

  1. Part I: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
    • Tests comprehension, legal aptitude, and analytical skills.
  2. Part II: Subjective Written Examination

  3. Part III: Interview
