Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with MBA/PGDM (recognized by AIU as equivalent to MBA) in the relevant specialization with First Class.
    • Minimum 50% marks at Class 12 and Bachelor’s levels.
    • Ph.D. in the relevant field is mandatory.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience post NET/SET/Ph.D., or equivalent professional experience at the executive level post MBA/PGDM.
  3. Age Limit (as of 17/01/2025):
    • Maximum: 45 years.
  4. Desirable:
    • Strong academic background with evidence of quality research and publications.
    • Familiarity with current developments and challenges in management and finance.
