Selection Process
Posts 1–4:
- Written Test (65 marks) covering General English, Bengali, Arithmetic, and General Knowledge.
- Academic Qualifications & Experience: 20 marks.
- Interview: 15 marks.
- A panel of candidates in a 1:5 ratio will be prepared.
Posts 5–12:
- Walk-in Interview: 20 marks.
- Work Experience: 30 marks.
- Knowledge of the tribal language (Olchiki) and prior work experience in tribal hostels will be preferred.
