Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications:
- Electrical: Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering (minimum 60% marks).
- Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (minimum 60% marks).
- C&I: Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering (minimum 60% marks).
- Chemistry: Full-time B.Sc. in Chemistry (minimum 60% marks).
- Note: Qualifications must be from an Indian University/Institute recognized by the appropriate statutory authority.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields such as maintenance, control systems, or process industries.
- Age Limit (as of 31/01/2025):
- Maximum: 30 years.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years.
- OBC (NCL): 3 years.
- PwBD: 10 years.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹60,000 (fixed, inclusive of all statutory benefits).
- Other Benefits:
- HRA or company-provided accommodation (subject to availability).
- Medical facilities for self and dependents.
- TA/DA as per company rules during official tours.
Contract Period:
- Initially for 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance and organizational requirements.
Selection Process
- Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Duration: 2 hours.
- Questions: 120 MCQs (40 from General Aptitude, 80 from Trade/Discipline).
- Qualifying Marks: 40%.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Stage 2: Skill Test:
- Nature: Qualifying only.
- Qualifying Marks: 40%.
- Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio based on CBT results.
