Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualifications:
    • Electrical: Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering (minimum 60% marks).
    • Mechanical: Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering (minimum 60% marks).
    • C&I: Diploma in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering (minimum 60% marks).
    • Chemistry: Full-time B.Sc. in Chemistry (minimum 60% marks).
    • Note: Qualifications must be from an Indian University/Institute recognized by the appropriate statutory authority.
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in relevant fields such as maintenance, control systems, or process industries.
  3. Age Limit (as of 31/01/2025):
    • Maximum: 30 years.
  4. Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years.
    • OBC (NCL): 3 years.
    • PwBD: 10 years.

Salary & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: ₹60,000 (fixed, inclusive of all statutory benefits).
  • Other Benefits:
    • HRA or company-provided accommodation (subject to availability).
    • Medical facilities for self and dependents.
    • TA/DA as per company rules during official tours.

Contract Period:

  • Initially for 3 years, extendable by 2 years based on performance and organizational requirements.

Selection Process

  1. Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT):
    • Duration: 2 hours.
    • Questions: 120 MCQs (40 from General Aptitude, 80 from Trade/Discipline).
    • Qualifying Marks: 40%.
    • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
  2. Stage 2: Skill Test:
    • Nature: Qualifying only.
    • Qualifying Marks: 40%.
    • Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:5 ratio based on CBT results.
