Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualifications:
    • Secondary Teachers: Graduate in the relevant subject with a B.Ed. or equivalent qualification.
    • Primary Teachers: Higher Secondary (10+2) with 50% marks + D.El.Ed/B.P.Ed or equivalent.
  2. Age Limit (as of 01/01/2024):
    • Minimum: 21 years
    • Maximum: 40 years for General category and 45 years for Reserved categories & MP residents.
  3. Teacher Eligibility Test (TET):
    • Applicants must have passed the MP TET 2018/2023 with the required qualifying marks.
  4. Relaxation:
    • Reserved categories receive a 5% relaxation in educational qualifications.

Selection Process

  1. Examination Schedule:
    • Start Date: 20th March 2025
    • Two shifts:
      • Morning: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
      • Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
  2. Exam Pattern:
    • Duration: 2 hours
    • Sections: Subject Knowledge, Pedagogy, and General Aptitude
  3. Qualifying Marks:
    • General: 50%
    • Reserved Categories: 40%

    • Start Date: 28th January 2025
    • End Date: 11th February 2025
    • Correction Window: 28th January to 16th February 2025
  2. Application Fee:
    • General: ₹500
    • SC/ST/OBC/PwBD (MP Residents): ₹250
    • Portal Fee: ₹60 (additional ₹20 for registered users).
