Educational Qualifications

• Required:
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from a recognized university/college.
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, Commerce, Cost Accountancy, Sericulture, Environmental & Food Technology, or Management from a recognized university/college.

How to Apply

• Steps:
  1. Register via OTR with valid email ID and mobile number.
  2. Upload passport-size color photograph (scanned) and signature.
  3. Fill application form in BLOCK LETTERS (except signature).
  4. Enter name, father’s name, and DoB as per Matriculation certificate.
  5. Pay examination fee online.
  6. Submit application and download two copies from “Download Filled Application Section”.
  7. Submit hard copy with self-attested documents via Registered Post/Speed Post/In-Person to:
     • Address: Examination Controller, Jharkhand Public Service Commission, Circular Road, Ranchi, 834001.
     • Deadline: 23/07/2025, 05:00 PM IST.
     • Envelope: Mention Advt. No. 04/2025, Post Name, OTR No., Registration No. in bold.
  8. Upload required documents in OTR portal.

Misconduct & Penalties

• Prohibited Actions:

  • Bringing mobile phones/communication devices to exam hall/interview room.

  • Disqualification from selection.
  • Permanent or temporary debarment from JPSC examinations.
  • Criminal prosecution under Jharkhand Competitive Examination (Prevention & Redressal of Unfair Means) Act, 2023.
