Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications:
- Executive Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 5 years’ relevant experience. Master’s degree preferred.
- Medical Officer: MD in Medicine or equivalent clinical field with 2 years’ experience.
- Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with 55% marks and relevant administrative experience.
- Senior Engineer (Civil): Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with 2 years’ experience or Diploma with 5 years’ experience.
- Assistant Security Officer: Bachelor’s degree with CAPF/Police/Fire experience. Driving license required.
- Junior Superintendent: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in administrative roles.
- Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Age Relaxation:
- Reserved categories, women, and employees of autonomous bodies may receive relaxation as per government norms.
Application Process
- Mode of Application: Online only through IIT Indore Recruitment Portal.
- Application Fee:
- UR: ₹500/-
- OBC-NCL & EWS: ₹300/-
- SC/ST/PwD/Ex-Servicemen/Women/Regular IIT Indore Employees: No fee.
- Submission Deadline: 30th January 2025, 5:00 PM IST.
Selection Process
- Screening and shortlisting based on qualifications and experience.
- Written test/skill test/interview as applicable for each position.
- Final selection based on overall performance.

- Positions are subject to government rules and IIT Indore policies.
- No TA/DA for attending tests or interviews.
- Candidates must submit valid certificates for reservation claims.
