Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- First-class B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engineering (Electronics, Communication, Telecommunication, Mechanical) from AICTE-approved colleges.
- Final-year students appearing for exams in May/June 2025 may apply (provisional certificates required at joining).
- SC/ST/PwBD candidates with pass class are eligible.
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST: 5 years.
- OBC (NCL): 3 years.
- PwBD: 10 years (additional relaxation for reserved categories).
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Tentative Date: March 2025.
- Duration: 120 minutes.
- Questions: 125 (100 technical + 25 aptitude/reasoning).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
- Interview:
- Shortlisted candidates in a 1:5 ratio based on CBT performance.
- Final selection based on 85% CBT weightage and 15% interview weightage.

- Fee Payment:
- General/EWS/OBC (NCL): ₹1,000 + GST.
- SC/ST/PwBD: Exempted.
- Mode of Application: Online via BEL portal: www.bel-india.in.

- Start Date: 10th January 2025 (4:00 PM).
- Last Date: 31st January 2025 (11:59 PM).
General Conditions
- Selected candidates must sign a service agreement to serve BEL for 2 years or pay ₹2,00,000 for contract breach.
- BEL reserves the right to reject incomplete applications or modify recruitment processes.
- No TA/DA for CBT. Interview travel expenses reimbursed for outstation candidates (AC Chair Car/3-Tier).
