Eligibility Criteria for BEL Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
- Trainee Engineer-I: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) in Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science with Pass Class from a recognized institution.
- Project Engineer-I: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4-year course) in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or Mechatronics with Pass Class from a recognized institution.
Experience Requirement
- Trainee Engineer-I: No experience required.
- Project Engineer-I: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience.

Selection Process for BEL Recruitment 2025
- Trainee Engineer-I:
- Written Test (100 Marks) – Negative marking applicable
- Merit-based selection
- Project Engineer-I:
- Written Test (85 Marks)
- Interview (15 Marks)
- Candidates shortlisted for interview in 1:5 ratio based on Written Test performance.
