(AAICLAS), a 100% subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India , is engaging personnel for the post of Assistant (Security) on a 3-year term engagement contract. AAICLAS manages the development of air cargo business at airports and aims to be the largest Integrated Cargo logistics and ground handling operator in India. This recruitment is on a PAN India basis. The number of vacancies is tentative and may change as per operational requirements.

Post Details The recruitment is for Assistant (Security) on a Fixed Term Contract for a period of three years. The places of posting can be changed to any other location within India due to operational or administrative requirements. Eligibility Criteria (as on 01.06.2025)
- Nationality / Citizenship: Candidate must be a citizen of India.
- Essential Qualification: 12th pass from any recognized Board/University/Institution, with a minimum of 60% marks for General candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
- Language Ability: Ability to read/speak English, Hindi, and/or conversant with local language.
- Age Limit: Not more than 27 years as on 01.06.2025.
- Age Relaxation:
- Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe: 5 years.
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years.
- Ex-Serviceman: 5 years.
- All relaxations are subject to submission of valid certificates.

- Job Profile: Includes assistance with operational works at the Airport, assistance with passenger’s baggage handling, loading and unloading of baggage, or other multi-tasking operational work activities assigned from time to time. The work involves lifting baggage from conveyor belts and X-ray machines. Candidates not willing to perform such work should not apply.

Pay and Allowances The remuneration for the position will be a consolidated pay as follows:

In addition, TA/DA/Lodging & Boarding will be equivalent to actual fare by Ordinary Public Bus or Train fare of Sleeper Class if deputed on tour. Medical Insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 10,000/- per annum for self and dependent family members is also provided. Gratuity as per the Gratuity Act is applicable.
Selection Procedure The eligible candidates must fill the online application form through the official website of AAICLAS (www.aaiclas.aero) under the “career” column against the Advertisement for Engagement of Assistant (Security).

- Personal Interaction: Shortlisted candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for a personal interaction through an online interview.
- Merit List: Selection will be made according to the merit list prepared on the basis of marks secured in the interview.
- Contract Period: The engagement is on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for a period of three years initially. The first year will be treated as a probation period. The contract is renewable/fresh contract at the sole discretion of AAICLAS management based on satisfactory performance and company needs.
- Transferability: The job is transferable to any station. If any AAICLAS station closes, the individual must complete their contract at another station as per company need.
- Communication: All communications by AAICLAS will be made only on the registered e-mail ID of the candidates. Candidates should regularly check their email accounts for updates.
- Verification: Candidates must produce original documents along with photocopies for verification at the time of joining.
