Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit (as of 30/09/2024):
- General/EWS: 30 years.
- OBC (NCL): 33 years.
- SC/ST: 35 years.
- PwBD: Additional 10 years relaxation.
- Specific Requirements for Security Discipline:
- 2 years of service in Officer Cadre in Armed Forces/CPOs OR 5 years of experience in Industrial Security (Executive Cadre).
- Educational Notes:
- Candidates in their final year of study (2024-25) are eligible, provided they submit final results during document verification.
- Qualifications must be full-time or recognized by statutory bodies.
Selection Process
- Computer-Based Test (CBT):
- Duration: 3 hours (2 papers, 100 marks each).
- Paper-I: General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and English.
- Paper-II: Discipline-specific questions.
- No negative marking.
- Duration: 3 hours (2 papers, 100 marks each).
- Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- General/EWS: 40%
- OBC: 35%
- SC/ST/PwBD: 30%
- Final Selection:
- Based on CBT scores.
- Document verification and medical examination will follow.
Salary & Benefits
- Training Period: ₹50,000–₹1,60,000 (E-2 Grade).
- Post Training: ₹60,000–₹1,80,000 (E-3 Grade).
- Additional allowances: DA, HRA, PRP, medical facilities, pension, and other benefits as per company norms.
- Service Bond: ₹3,00,000 for 5 years.
